The first album I ever truly loved (and still do) - En Vogue, Funky Divas. This video still stands the test of time, but of course it does - Mark Romanek directed it. So slick.

Who knew that my greatest inspiration of all would come from a Scottie Pippen sub commercial? A WORK OF ART!!

I kind of love this idea of basing a film around a concert. Great marketing for the band and tres unique! I’m pretty sure this filmmaker is tight with the band cause I just watched a doc about Metric that was directed by the same guy (and of course, Emily Haines of Metric is also a part of Broken Social Scene). I haven’t done any research so I’m probably missing something pretty obvious.
